Senior Internal Communications Manager, Developing & Emerging Markets -- Dallas, Texas
Summary
This position requires approximately 50% international travel. Fluency in English and at least one additional language is required.
Responsibilites
- Plan, develop and implement communications for developing and emerging (D&E) markets, including global employee and leadership communications
- Develop and lead communication strategies and detailed plans for business unit initiatives
- Lead the development and implementation of key messages across the business unit, ensuring consistent themes across D&E geographies
- Develop talking points, FAQs, internal presentations, positioning statements, videos, web content, new media outreach, and other communication materials
- Develop executive communications, capturing the voice of the D&E president in a motivational and inspiring way
- Develop measurement criteria to effectively evaluate D&E communication programs and incorporate changes into the communications program based upon measurement results
Basic Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Communications, English, Journalism
- Minimum 10 years global communications experience
- Minimum of 7 years global internal and external communications experience
- Multi-lingual (REQUIRED)
- Exceptional writing ability
