LINSEY CAREERS

About Us

Linsey Careers is a boutique executive-search firm. We specialize in helping businesses find top-flight marketing and communications talent.

We focus on these functions for a simple reason: we are marketing and communications veterans ourselves.

We know…

Your business relies upon its marketing and communications teams for more than ever before – from digital strategy to social media to employee engagement and beyond. We are fluent in all of these sectors, and are deeply connected to top performers in all of them.

Your marketing and communications leaders are vital to building your brand and your culture – both internally and externally. That’s why you need people who get your brand, fit your culture, and are ready to contribute from day one.

The marketing and communications industry is fluid and dynamic, and that finding the right person requires a specialist’s knowledge of who’s out there – and who’s best for you. We take the time to learn about your organization, and to understand all of the requirements of the position you seek to fill.

There’s one more thing we know:

Our clients not only recommend us to others – they keep coming back to us whenever they need to find an outstanding marketing and communications professional.

Clients – and candidates – appreciate our candor, our thoroughness, and our total commitment to creating relationships that are successful over the long term.

When you know

it’s time to find the right marketing or communications professional for your team, contact us. We look forward to telling you more about how we can partner with you.

For the past two decades, Angee has recruited for organizations of all sizes. An experienced comms pro herself, she knows the sector from the inside out.

Angee is a three-time recipient of the Silver Anvil (including “Best of Show”) – the top honor conferred by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).

She’s presented her insights at forums ranging from the Microsoft Worldwide Partners Conference to IABC and PRSA international conferences – and at academic institutions from Columbia University to the University of Washington.

She served for 25 years in the military with the unusual mix of being a U.S. Army journalist and then a Navy Reserve Public Affairs Officer.

This experience gave Angee a global perspective, a lifetime’s worth of great stories, and a love of high-stakes assignments – all qualities that have served her (and her clients!) very well over the years.

Angee graduated from the highly regarded School of Journalism at the University of Missouri, and went on to earn a master’s degree in career development.

Angee continues to travel widely, taking photographs and exploring new cultures. Closer to her home in Seattle, Angee enjoys hiking around the Puget Sound.

Christine Pierson brings a focus on client service and a global network to our searches for world-class marketing and communications talent.

With 15 years of PR agency experience, Christine leverages her communications prowess to help her recruiting clients build out stellar teams. In one case, her work yielded seven successful hires in a single year for a growing company.

A former vice president at Edelman, the world’s largest public-relations firm, Christine was a trusted senior advisor to leading companies in the technology, energy, healthcare, travel & tourism, food, and retail industries.

During her tenure as a communications professional she received numerous local, regional and national accolades, including recognition as a Gold SABRE Finalist and a PR Week Award Honorable Mention.

Over the past two decades, Christine has made more than 15 trips to France and eaten more than her body weight in cheese (the fact that her husband is French probably has something to do with this).

Christine graduated from Mills College, where she earned a B.A. in communications. She is happy to be back in her native Northern California, where she lives with her husband, daughter, two cats, and a three-legged dog named Ginger.
